My Top 10 Favorite Motivational Quotes

Every day I read through a list of motivational quotes as my night is coming to a close. That is a little part of my day that I really look forward to every night. So I thought I would share my top 10. All of them I found online from various websites. I do not remember where each one of these came from, but I want to make sure that everyone knows that I did not come up with these. If anyone has some motivational quotes they would like at add, please do. I am collecting them and would like to have as many as possible.

1) "Obsessed is the term the lazy use to describe the dedicated."
2) "Potential just means ya ain't doing crap right now"
3) "Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour or a day, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever. That surrender, even the smallest act of giving up, stays with me. So when I feel like quitting, I ask myself which would I rather live with?" Lance Armstrong
4) "Everyone has a breaking point. By continually raising the bar in the gym, you can avoid reaching it."
5) "Train the body to go the distance and the mind will be prepared for the journey."

6) "Accomplishing goals can become habitual."
7) "In training everyone focuses on 90% physical and 10% mental, but in the races its 90% mental- because there's very little that separates us physically at the elite level."
8) "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit." Aristotle
9) "You never know how strong you are, till being strong is the only choice you have."
10) "You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down." Mary Pickford
11) Ok, so here is a bonus.. hahahaha! "One Day At A Time. Focus each day on THAT day's plan and just simply execute. No thinking until Noon!!! "

I've got one... this one is my FAVE!!!

Until the pain of staying the same outweighs the pain of change, we will never grow.

I got that one from a sermon one Sunday morning. I've never forgotten it.

Well, ok, so I have another one to add... my new favorite! "It's not about perfection, it's about progress. You never want perfection; if you get to perfect it's time to change everything and start all over again."

Quick Tip and Treat!

So I was on my group message board at P eertrainer.com and someone made a recommendation that I thought was wonderful! So wonderful in fact that I spent the afternoon balancing my checkbook to see if I can afford it!!!! Apparently the Magic Bullet is quite the go-to gadget for trainers and athletes! Why? Isn't that just another piece of garbage that they are trying to push on those infomercials??? Well, that's what I thought, but I've gotta say that more than one person in the discussion said that this piece of garbage is invaluable in keeping them on track with their nutrition. Here's what I heard today about the Magic Bullet: It's got a really powerful motor It really is quick and easy to use (the infomercial didn't lie) The handy single servings make it quick and easy to whip up a power shake for a quick "treat"! If you drink more than one a day, you can make many different types of shakes without continually dirtying up an entire unit! NICE! A co...

You Can Thank Scandalous

Alright, this is a long story that I'll sum up right here: I'm giving away one of my bottles of Gun Metal Pink FLASH (also known as My Private Jet by OPI). That will leave me with only two bottles, so it's almost as important as giving one of you a kidney... if I had three kidneys. Ok... so.... one day I posted a blog about my all-time favorite nail polish My Private Jet , after seeing someone else's post of the same polish that didn't look anything near the polish I have. The one I saw was a holo and mine WAS NOT. Mine was an AWESOME gun metal pink! So I posted a question as to why my My Private Jet looked so different. Well, I got some VERY helpful responses from some VERY helpful bloggers informing me that there are MANY versions of this particular polish and that no one had yet heard of MY version. I even got a request from Scandalous over at Scandalously Polished to let her know if I find another one, and I did find another three, so I sent one to her. Now my ...
