Today's Fun At Michaels

I have wanted an ATG (or Advanced Tape Glider) for years! Crop after crop that I attended always found me drooling over this incredibly commercial looking yellow adhesive tape dispenser. Typically used by framers, THIS is the dispenser that says, "I'm a SERIOUS adherer!" hahahahahaha... is that a word? Well of course I was envious! Not any longer. Scotch had recently released a PINK ATG targeted toward their legions of scrapbookers in need of a quick, durable and economically savvy adhesive tool. The NEW ATG does the trick. With better than a $20 price break of the original ATG and 2 rolls included with the unit.... this adhesive gun is taking economically savvy to a whole new level! The new pink color doesn't hurt either. But I've got even more fun!

I took a 40% off coupon with me today to Michaels and picked up this little gem for $22! I now have the coolest and greatest adhesive gun ever and it didn't break the bank. Yeah, that's some REAL fun, and I haven't even used it yet! LOL!

**** Pssst! I just used it and it is AMAZING! While I'm glad I couldn't afford to have one until now (because I would have had to settle for the yellow or the red one), I now know EVERYTHING I missed! :) All you legions of scrapbookers, "You were right!"

Haha! Oh my gosh I agree. I recently picked one up too and love it. I am disappointed when I have to use my little Zig pen on tiny stuff.

Woohoo! Lucky you - I will 'need' to look into this and with the 40% off how can I lose. Hugs, Maria

Gorgous Leaves Bundle Revisited

Yestday's Freebie Friday on a Monday projects were so fun and this set is SO BEAUTIFUL in it's simplicity!  It reminds me of a long-retired stamp set from Stampin Up!.  I was inspired to re-create the projects that I made with it once upon a time.  So here we go.... SIMPLE projects when you need a quick "hello" or an even quicker heartfelt sympathy card: I was DEFINITELY on a Bumblebee and Cajun Craze kick yesterday!  I can't stop/won't stop!  LOL!  To be fair... I had extra leaves die cut and didn't want anything to go to waste!  A quick speckle backdrop in Bumblebee then a quick "hello" greeting from the Biggest Wish in Cajun Craze with the Cajun Craze leaf popped up on a Basic White cardbase.  PERFECTION! Okay, as with yesterday's projects, the sentiment is from the recently retired SAB Delicate Dahlia's set, but you could use ANY sympathy sentiment you have in your stash.  Unlike in the past when I had to mask off the center rectangle...

Velcome To The Little Hop of HORRORS!!!

MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! So I tried to make the title sound really spooky and ran out of room to include my evil laugh... hahaha! WELCOME HOPPERS! Are you thoroughly spooked and amazed? I know I am! You already know that today is the start of our Halloween celebration with a blog hop organized by my good friend Nicole of Canadian Nickel Scrap'n . If you're currently hopping, you should be arriving here from the Fabulous Eulanda's blog ... wasn't that Caramel Corn Box AWESOME?!? If you haven't arrived from Eulanda's blog and are just now joining us, hop to the bottom of this post for details on how the blog hop works. And now for my scary good fun before you head over to Gloria's blog on the next stop of this hop. Today I've got the "Welcome" sign that I will be hanging in my foyer this Halloween. I used my Simple Frame Gypsy cut file as well as the pumpkins and faces from the Pumpkin Carvings Seasonal Cricut Cartridge (just like the one I will be g...

Day 3 Ultra Rapid Growth

Well, today is day three of my Nail Aid Ultra Rapid Growth test and I've gotta say... I see a difference! Do you? It looks and feels like I've gotten quite a bit of length in three days. I love how the product feels when I put it on as a base coat and my last Konadicure lasted every bit of the three days before it was time to remove and reapply... which is better than some nail products out there that AREN'T nail treatment products. There is one thing that I'm noticing when applying the Ultra Nail Growth as a topcoat (per package instructions), I'm noticing air bubbles. There are only a couple of them on very few nails, but they are there. It COULD be simply that I'm applying it too thickly. I've never used this product before and I might need to change up my normal application slightly. I will give that a try on my day 5 mani... I'll let you know. Honestly, I can already tell you that this product is getting some serious high fives from me with or wit...
