The Cutest Little Kiki

Welp, I've been in the new place two weeks and I've JUST NOW got my craft space put back together.... I actually have a whole room this time... WOO HOO!!! Although I'm not going to lie, I LOVED my craft closet. In fact, I loved it so much, I set up all of my shelving on one wall exactly as it was set up in my closet previously. NICE! And just in the nick of time too! I was achin to "get my craft on". HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

So the gem pictured here is a CC Designs stamp called Coffee Kiki La Rue. I have loved this stamp since it was released and FINALLY got one and I can already tell that it will be getting used A LOT! I also bumped into a great deal at Big Lots and picked up a set of clear flourish stamps... the whole set was $2 and look how beautifully they turned out (top pic; click to enlarge). I also picked up the papers featured here at Big Lots too. The paper ended up being WAY thicker than I expected for the price. The paper is a 24-sheet pack of Pressed Petals 12 x 12 glitter paper (Baby Girl Set) that I picked up for $5. I just can't believe the quality of all the things I picked up for less than $10. I'm definitely going to be going back to Big Lots in the future.... I wonder how often they get scrapping supplies in? Back to the little Coffee Kiki...

I was waiting for it to arrive from The Town Scrapper, but unfortunately it didn't arrive, so I ended up buying it from All That Scraps. I received it two days later... thanx for the rush guys!!! If the one I ordered from The Town Scrapper arrives, I will be sure to give it away here on my blog. Lets all hope it gets here! LOL!
Ok gang, that's about it for me today. I'll end this with another card the I made using all my awesome new stuff. If you'll excuse me, I've gotta run now and pick up more of that paper!!!

How to Upload Gypsy Cut Files To Your Gypsy

Well... Today was the big day for the Provo Craft Gypsy! Provo Craft FINALLY provided the Cricut Design Studio compatibility and now we also have the added benefit of sharing Gypsy cut files... but it was at a price. I will get to that in a later post. In honor of this occasion though, I will be adding my Gypsy cut files to my blog for everyone to use. You will find my cut files in the top right corner of my blog marked *NEW (at the top of the side bar). The instructions on how to download at the bottom of this post. I hope you all enjoy them... they've been a long time coming. The featured pic here is the "welded Snow" file. It turned out BEAUTIFUL! DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS For those of you who already own the Gypsy, here are the instructions. There is no conversion needed because these files are only .gypsy files. To save them: 1.) Connect your gypsy to your computer, turn it on and open Gypsy Sync on your computer. 2.) Once the Gypsy Sync Program has searched for an updat...

Seriously Crazy!

Oh man! Look at the fridge in my garage. And that's only about half of it!!! The rest of my Bountiful Basket is in the fridge in my kitchen. Crazy! I'm here to tell you about my very first experience with Bountiful Baskets . I was told that Bountiful Baskets was a great way to save money on quality produce, so I thought I'd give it a try and see; and you can tell by the pic, that was today! Well, my fridge is PACKED! And every bit of it is organic. Look at how nice all of that produce looks. It's beautiful. After signing up on the website (click link above), I started reading that you can volunteer at the pick up site and help distribute; for your work, you can get extra produce. That was a nice bonus, but today I volunteered with the nicest people and to be honest I had so much fun, I would have done that for free. Needless to say (but I will say it anyway) I will be doing this again in 2 weeks. So here's the lowdown. For $25 dollars, I got what you see in the pic ...

Gorgous Leaves Bundle Revisited

Yestday's Freebie Friday on a Monday projects were so fun and this set is SO BEAUTIFUL in it's simplicity!  It reminds me of a long-retired stamp set from Stampin Up!.  I was inspired to re-create the projects that I made with it once upon a time.  So here we go.... SIMPLE projects when you need a quick "hello" or an even quicker heartfelt sympathy card: I was DEFINITELY on a Bumblebee and Cajun Craze kick yesterday!  I can't stop/won't stop!  LOL!  To be fair... I had extra leaves die cut and didn't want anything to go to waste!  A quick speckle backdrop in Bumblebee then a quick "hello" greeting from the Biggest Wish in Cajun Craze with the Cajun Craze leaf popped up on a Basic White cardbase.  PERFECTION! Okay, as with yesterday's projects, the sentiment is from the recently retired SAB Delicate Dahlia's set, but you could use ANY sympathy sentiment you have in your stash.  Unlike in the past when I had to mask off the center rectangle...
