A Few Weeks In Review

Tomorrow is Spectrum Noir's FIRST blog hop and while I was gearing up for the festivities tomorrow (you DON'T want to miss this hop..... TRUST ME), I went through my projects that I've completed with these awesome alcohol ink pens so far; this is a compilation of my very first Speccie projects.  For those who read my blog, you've already seen these projects, but for those who may join us tomorrow on the hop, ONE PROJECT does not do these incredible pens justice.  And I also noticed that seeing these projects back to back has really shown my progression with these amazing and affordable alcohol ink markers!!!  So here we go.... buckle in, this one's pic heavy (and feel free to click on pics to enlarge)!  LOL!







OMGosh.... aren't these pens fun!?!  Hope to see everyone tomorrow at the hop!

What I Know... There's A REALLY Big Challenge!!!

Now I don't claim to know it all (pretty close though... JK!), but there are some things I just KNOW!!! 1. I know there are 365 days in a calendar year. 2. I know I'll never dance naked for a full moon. AND 3. Anything having to do with "crazy", "mental" or "manic" draws me like a moth to a flame. I credit #3 to my ex-husband and have decided that "crazy" is a pretty fun way to be. I won't make this a "preachy" post, but suffice it to say that in reality I am full of Love, Power and a Sound Mind. But because that is true, I take "crazy" to a really fun level and appreciate anyone else who does the same! We're all a bit crazy in one way or another and quite frankly, I think that is what separates US from the BORING!!! Gorgous Leaves Bundle Revisited

Yestday's Freebie Friday on a Monday projects were so fun and this set is SO BEAUTIFUL in it's simplicity!  It reminds me of a long-retired stamp set from Stampin Up!.  I was inspired to re-create the projects that I made with it once upon a time.  So here we go.... SIMPLE projects when you need a quick "hello" or an even quicker heartfelt sympathy card: I was DEFINITELY on a Bumblebee and Cajun Craze kick yesterday!  I can't stop/won't stop!  LOL!  To be fair... I had extra leaves die cut and didn't want anything to go to waste!  A quick speckle backdrop in Bumblebee then a quick "hello" greeting from the Biggest Wish in Cajun Craze with the Cajun Craze leaf popped up on a Basic White cardbase.  PERFECTION! Okay, as with yesterday's projects, the sentiment is from the recently retired SAB Delicate Dahlia's set, but you could use ANY sympathy sentiment you have in your stash.  Unlike in the past when I had to mask off the center rectangle...
