I used to HATE grocery shopping and house cleaning and running errands, that was, until I got a Body Bugg that started monitoring my calories burned every day. And when I set a goal that I wanted to take 10,000 steps a day and burn and extra 500 calories per week that would be charted and graphed by the minute using the Body Bugg software for the ultimate accountability... well, suddenly my hectic schedule had some serious value. Suddenly it was something I looked forward to and not dreaded. Grocery shopping burned 300-500 (+/-) calories. Cleaning the house burned a whopping 400-700 (+/-) calories! Running errands... same thing! And I didn't have to pay ANYONE for those workouts. No gym memberships, no trainers. The best part, I didn't need to make time for those workouts since they already were a part of my schedule. Heck... I've been tempted to run other people's errands! hahahahahaha!

Paradigm shift: Now I GET to clean the house, do the grocery shopping and run the errands. I'm also anxious to get those "to do" list items done so I can immediately see (on my Body Bugg wrist band) the impact on my waist. Seriously... this freebie is worth GOLD!!!

So I was on my group message board at P eertrainer.com and someone made a recommendation that I thought was wonderful! So wonderful in fact that I spent the afternoon balancing my checkbook to see if I can afford it!!!! Apparently the Magic Bullet is quite the go-to gadget for trainers and athletes! Why? Isn't that just another piece of garbage that they are trying to push on those infomercials??? Well, that's what I thought, but I've gotta say that more than one person in the discussion said that this piece of garbage is invaluable in keeping them on track with their nutrition. Alright, this is a long story that I'll sum up right here: I'm giving away one of my bottles of Gun Metal Pink FLASH (also known as My Private Jet by OPI).
