Prepping The Twilight Release Party!!!

The upcoming Twilight: Breaking Dawn is scheduled for release on November 18th and I've got a jump on the festivities!!!  Well, I sort of HAVE to... that is, if we want to reserve the auditorium!!!  All we need is 200 people!  NO PROBLEM!  hahahahahaha!  So, to help out, Paper Vineyard (in Chandler, AZ) has offered to be "Party Central" for the release festivities and to act as the hub for all interested parties to sign up.  If interested in joining us for Twilight games, prizes, fun and crafts, and to receive discounted movie tickets for the day of the premier (no waiting in the long lines, we just head to our auditorium), then truck it over to Paper Vineyard and sign up.  You MUST sign up by September 1st!!!!  Payment will not be required until October, but in order to reserve the auditorium, we need a head count.

Now for MORE fun!!!  I created this Twilight-inspired notebook for our party (click on pic to enlarge).  I am also planning more uber-cool crafty goodness (I'm team Jacob BTW, but I promise to cater to you "Team Edward" freaks! hahahahhahahaha) to go with all the games and prizes.  We will also be running Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse on the store's big screen!  I can HARDLY wait!  This party is going to ROCK!!!  WHY didn't I do this sooner???

Danielle, you did an awesome job on the "Twilight Notebook" even if you are a Jacob Freak! I will be there at the event with bells on, even if I am an Edward Freak!!
Rosa, I wish you could be there also, GO TEAM EDWARD!

How to Upload Gypsy Cut Files To Your Gypsy

Well... Today was the big day for the Provo Craft Gypsy! Provo Craft FINALLY provided the Cricut Design Studio compatibility and now we also have the added benefit of sharing Gypsy cut files... but it was at a price. I will get to that in a later post. In honor of this occasion though, I will be adding my Gypsy cut files to my blog for everyone to use. You will find my cut files in the top right corner of my blog marked *NEW (at the top of the side bar). The instructions on how to download at the bottom of this post. I hope you all enjoy them... they've been a long time coming. The featured pic here is the "welded Snow" file. It turned out BEAUTIFUL! DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS For those of you who already own the Gypsy, here are the instructions. There is no conversion needed because these files are only .gypsy files. To save them: 1.) Connect your gypsy to your computer, turn it on and open Gypsy Sync on your computer. 2.) Once the Gypsy Sync Program has searched for an updat...

Owl Punch Extravaganza IX.... Halloween In July The Revenge

I love, love, love the spooky silhouette of the backdrop.... it really makes this little owl-punched ghost stand out.  And unlike yesterday's Frankenstein Owl card, this one is unmistakably a Halloween card. Before I get into what I used (beyond the owl punch of course) to make this card, I wanted to mention that I will be giving away this card and 19 other cards, featured on this blog, to the person who places the largest order on my Stampin Up Card Club party using my hostess code.  All you have to do to participate is place an order: Simply go to StampinUp.com and click on "store" at the top.  Place the items you'd like to order in the shopping cart and input the hostess code where provided to get full credit for your purchase. The hostess code is UCUFWPDU! THE BEST PART:  You won't have to wait to receive your order.   Your order will ship to you within two business days!!!  No more waiting for a show to "close" to get your goodies. ...

PRIZE HAUL PIX FOR MAY 7TH

Ok... here we go! Here are the pix for the goodies that one lucky follower is going to win on May 7th!!! So exciting!!! To enter the drawing, click on this link: HERE . I will be posting the results of my test run with the Nail Aid Ultra Rapid Growth next week. I put 2 coats on tonight and will follow up with a coat every night for three days and then I'll remove it and start over. I'm supposed to have longer stronger nails in 5 days... we'll see!!! Honestly, with the AWESOME experiences I've already had with Nail Aid's products, I'm pretty confident that this will do everything it says it'll do. But to make sure, I took before pics. The Ultra Rapid Grow and the Maximum Iron Hardener (also by Nail Aid) are both new products that are available at Walmart. The lucky winner on May 7th gets a bottle of each! :) Two items in the prize haul didn't make it into the pics: the Seche Vite Topcoat and the Soaptopia Double Bubble 2-Soap Gift Box. The Seche Vite hasn...
