AND Here We Go! Cutest Halloween Gifting At The Office?

It's my time!  The time of year when I am just happy.  I can't put my finger on what EXACTLY causes my crazy good mood.... the weather gets cooler and the colors change and I begin preparing for what really is (in this girl's humble opinion) "the most wonderful time of the year".  I never understood why I sang songs about the dead of winter being the "most wonderful time" when CLEARLY pumpkin spiced lattes, cozy sweaters and free candy season makes it to the top of the wonderful-time list!  Am I right?!?  And it also helps that now I'm prepping for Halloween gifting (those of you who know me know I LOVE Halloween gifting) so today's post is featuring mini-gift packaging that is super-easy to make and you can do a lot of them easily for the folks at the office.  I've also included a not-just-for-Halloween card that, again, is super easy but cute as can be.

And speaking of "cute".... Stampin Up!'s Cutest Halloween is what I'm featuring today.  I mentioned it in the video (link at the bottom), the bundle will save you 10%, but the punch in the bundle is not required.  These are EASY, EASY, EASY to cut out.  There are no detailed lines and the images are not too big and not too small... simple fussy cutting.  BUT, I know there are folks out there who hate the f-word and the punch DOES punch out the designer series paper images, so for some (me.... I'm 'some') getting the 10% discounted bundle makes so much sense!  If you are one of those that is aiming for the bundle... the price already reflects the discount as long as you select the bundle item number.  I've included that in the FREE project PDF (you will see the link to the free PDF just under the last project picture).  On to this week's projects:

I showed in the video a couple of "treat" ideas for this tiny treat box.  I'm a little obsessed!  PLEASE share in the comments any idea YOU have for things that will fit in this adorable packaging!

Smile is right!!!! This card is SO GREAT to give to anyone for anything!  And it is one of those cards that allows you to use up all those scraps lying around!  Put a different color in every window and EASILY change up the them for anything you need!  LOVE!  Psssssst.... there's another Christmas version of this coming up in the Holiday Penguins Class.... check the videos below for a sneak peek!

Be warned... this little box is small, but MIGHTY!!!  The box holds TWO packs of the Little Debbie Brownies and sits perfectly upright!  I made this thinking about a co-worker finding it next to their computer.... the presentation factor on this one is perfection! And those brownies are VERY inexpensive making this one really cost-effective if you're busting out a gift for everyone at the office!

You can get everything you need for these projects by clicking the "Shop With Me" tab at the top of this blog under my title banner and remember.... an order of $35 or more this week in my online store using Host/Hostess code QTBVGHQV gets you each of these project make n' take kits for FREE!!!!  And you still have a couple more days of Sale-a-bration!  Bumping that $35 order to $50 earns you an additional FREE Sale-a-bration item.... but there's only a couple of days left for that!

Stay tuned for more Halloween-goodness next week!  YAY HALLOWEEN!!!!

Past 7 Days....

Healthy Pizza

Welp... I'm on vacation. I alotted 3 days to be bad and eat whatever I want. Boy did I ever! Yuck! I feel nasty, and bloated and just generally "out of whack"! So today will be a light eating day. Oh how I wish I would have just gotten the supplies I needed to do The Master Cleanse ... Damage control: Healthy Pizza (it's what's for dinner! LOL!) 2 cloves garlic 1/4 C. of olive oil Blend until smooth in the Magic Bullet. Expect to have some left over to store for future pizzas. 2 Mission Carb Balance tortilla shells (I use 2 small, but you can use 1 large) Thinly sliced mushrooms Thinly chopped bell peppers (all colors) Diced onion Thinly sliced zucchini Diced Cabbage (any color) Non Fat Mozorella cheese Any other vegetable that you prefer sliced thin... make sure not to use veggies that are too wet, as that will keep the tortilla from crisping. And be sure that you don't overload the tortilla, or you might have a hard time picking it up to eat... remember... ...

The First One!!!

Ok folks... it is here! This is my first-ever design project for The Burtonesque Dolls ! Wow! What a fun design project it was too! This week's challenge over at The Burtonesque Dolls is to create an original project following Cheri's AWESOME sketch (click on the link for deets)! Yah, this one was a fun one. I took this opportunity to play around with the different stitch options available on my sewing machine... boy, did I really open her up!!! hahahahahaha! You can't really see because of the stitching, but I found the perfect Tim Holtz paper with the words "Cat" and "Girl", spicing it all up with the key and lock and I couldn't help but devote this one to Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland. I felt the "period" image ( Tickled Pink Stamps , 20's Evie) was the PERFECT image for this and I LOVED trying to age everything with the monochromatic Copic coloring. Yah, this one is definitely a favorite and it's only my first one! And ...
