Fun Tutorial and A Last Call

Whew... is she a cutie or what!?!  Seen here is the fairy princess Humphrey from the Crafter's Companion Make A Wish stamp set and I ADORE HER!!!!  I thought this cutie pie would be perfect to showcase what the AWESOME Crafter's Companion Spectrum Noir markers can do.  And to go along with this super fun project, I've also included a little video to show you EXACTLY what I mean.  But first, let me give you a little tour of the Spectrum Noir color system and WHY I say its a SUPER EASY alcohol ink coloring system!




And here's the quick tutorial on palette blending for fairy princess Humphrey's tutu.  These markers are rockin my socks off!!!  I hope you all enjoy!

My Favorite Things Birthday Give-Away!!!

I'm Trying!!!

* This is my second post of the day, please scroll down to see the winner of the Crazy Halloween Challenge! * So, it's November 1st and I just can't seem to let go of the Halloween holiday. It went too fast!!! So for today's Showcase Monday over at The Town Scrapper (click HERE for store information), I featured this monochromatic Halloween Birgitta by C. C. Designs. Gorgous Leaves Bundle Revisited

Yestday's Freebie Friday on a Monday projects were so fun and this set is SO BEAUTIFUL in it's simplicity!  It reminds me of a long-retired stamp set from Stampin Up!.  I was inspired to re-create the projects that I made with it once upon a time.  So here we go.... SIMPLE projects when you need a quick "hello" or an even quicker heartfelt sympathy card: I was DEFINITELY on a Bumblebee and Cajun Craze kick yesterday!  I can't stop/won't stop!  LOL!  To be fair... I had extra leaves die cut and didn't want anything to go to waste!  A quick speckle backdrop in Bumblebee then a quick "hello" greeting from the Biggest Wish in Cajun Craze with the Cajun Craze leaf popped up on a Basic White cardbase.  PERFECTION! Okay, as with yesterday's projects, the sentiment is from the recently retired SAB Delicate Dahlia's set, but you could use ANY sympathy sentiment you have in your stash.  Unlike in the past when I had to mask off the center rectangle...
