Insomnia Fun


I FREAKIN WON!!!
I entered All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge (at the last minute I might add) last Tuesday and decided to check in on it this morning as it's going on 1 a.m. and I just can't sleep.... AGAIN! Not really expecting that I won yesterday, I kind of put the whole thing out of my mind taking care of yesterday's to-do list until this morning after hours of tossing and turning. "Huh, I wonder who won yesterday's contest?"

Frustration due to no sleep.... GONE! I'm now on cloud 9 and couldn't sleep if I wanted to cuz I just found out that I WON!!! I WON, I WON, I WON!!! It's funny how, given a good reason such as excitement for not being able to sleep, makes not being able to sleep a little more fun.... don't you agree? Thanks again to the ladies at The Paper Vineyard.... you guys sort of made this happen! LOL!

How to Upload Gypsy Cut Files To Your Gypsy

Well... Today was the big day for the Provo Craft Gypsy! Provo Craft FINALLY provided the Cricut Design Studio compatibility and now we also have the added benefit of sharing Gypsy cut files... but it was at a price. I will get to that in a later post. In honor of this occasion though, I will be adding my Gypsy cut files to my blog for everyone to use. You will find my cut files in the top right corner of my blog marked *NEW (at the top of the side bar). The instructions on how to download at the bottom of this post. I hope you all enjoy them... they've been a long time coming. The featured pic here is the "welded Snow" file. It turned out BEAUTIFUL! Gorgous Leaves Bundle Revisited

Yestday's Freebie Friday on a Monday projects were so fun and this set is SO BEAUTIFUL in it's simplicity!  It reminds me of a long-retired stamp set from Stampin Up!.  I was inspired to re-create the projects that I made with it once upon a time.  So here we go.... SIMPLE projects when you need a quick "hello" or an even quicker heartfelt sympathy card: I was DEFINITELY on a Bumblebee and Cajun Craze kick yesterday!  I can't stop/won't stop!  LOL!  To be fair... I had extra leaves die cut and didn't want anything to go to waste!  A quick speckle backdrop in Bumblebee then a quick "hello" greeting from the Biggest Wish in Cajun Craze with the Cajun Craze leaf popped up on a Basic White cardbase.  PERFECTION! Okay, as with yesterday's projects, the sentiment is from the recently retired SAB Delicate Dahlia's set, but you could use ANY sympathy sentiment you have in your stash.  Unlike in the past when I had to mask off the center rectangle...
