Priceless

Yay! BLOG ANNIVERSARY!!! SO, it has been one year since I started blogging. It is AMAZING going back through this past year's posts. Big hugs and thank you's to everyone who has read my blog and everyone who has left a comment. Thank you to other bloggers who have connected with me through my blog... I've SOOOO enjoyed reading your stuff!!! I've met some incredible people because of this blog and am grateful for the wonderful friendships I've gotten.

From topics on relationships to exercise, this blog has been a wonderful outlet to share what I love, the issues that move me and the issues that get me heated. I'm hoping that the real me shines through in these blog posts and that this really does provide an outlet for everyone who reads it... even if it only gets you to think... or to smile... or to shake your fist. I've really enjoyed blogging this past year. I don't see myself stopping any time soon, so here's to the upcoming year!

Thanks again to all my readers and everyone who shares their two cents.... to me, it's priceless!

And speaking of priceless, the picture attached to this blog post is the inspiration for a project that I'm getting ready to start and the inspiration for the title of this post. The pictured creation was created by Donna Mundinger. You can find her blog here or you can check out her Priceless project featured on Bitten By the Bug. Both of these links will take you to some incredible craft projects.... one of my new obsessions! Be sure to click on the pic to enlarge and see Donna's beautiful work! :)

The BEST Copic Storage

**** HUGE HALLOWEEN GIVE AWAY... CLICK HERE !!!!**** Ok, so I've done posts in the past about various Copic storage solutions, but I was given THE MOTHER of all storage ideas by my friends Jennie Black and Krista Koenig!!!   Let me share with you the construction of the storage box and then I'll finish this off with the BRILLIANT solution my husband came up with.... cuz I married a GENIUS!!! What you'll need to create the AWESOME storage box pictured here is: 1 Double Deep Art Bin 1 plastic grid for ceiling lighting (found at your local home improvement store) 1 half inch thick wooden square dowel (also found at your local home improvement store) Dimensional adhesive squares Wire cutters or sheers Screws with corresponding drill bit Drill So I first cut the ceiling grid down to 19 squares by 19 squares using my wire cutters.   You will need two 19 x 19 sections of grid material.   The wire cutters went through the plastic material of the grid like butter and I

Gorgous Leaves Bundle Revisited

Yestday's Freebie Friday on a Monday projects were so fun and this set is SO BEAUTIFUL in it's simplicity!  It reminds me of a long-retired stamp set from Stampin Up!.  I was inspired to re-create the projects that I made with it once upon a time.  So here we go.... SIMPLE projects when you need a quick "hello" or an even quicker heartfelt sympathy card: I was DEFINITELY on a Bumblebee and Cajun Craze kick yesterday!  I can't stop/won't stop!  LOL!  To be fair... I had extra leaves die cut and didn't want anything to go to waste!  A quick speckle backdrop in Bumblebee then a quick "hello" greeting from the Biggest Wish in Cajun Craze with the Cajun Craze leaf popped up on a Basic White cardbase.  PERFECTION! Okay, as with yesterday's projects, the sentiment is from the recently retired SAB Delicate Dahlia's set, but you could use ANY sympathy sentiment you have in your stash.  Unlike in the past when I had to mask off the center rectangle

Velcome To The Little Hop of HORRORS!!!

MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! So I tried to make the title sound really spooky and ran out of room to include my evil laugh... hahaha! WELCOME HOPPERS! Are you thoroughly spooked and amazed? I know I am! You already know that today is the start of our Halloween celebration with a blog hop organized by my good friend Nicole of Canadian Nickel Scrap'n . If you're currently hopping, you should be arriving here from the Fabulous Eulanda's blog ... wasn't that Caramel Corn Box AWESOME?!? If you haven't arrived from Eulanda's blog and are just now joining us, hop to the bottom of this post for details on how the blog hop works. And now for my scary good fun before you head over to Gloria's blog on the next stop of this hop. Today I've got the "Welcome" sign that I will be hanging in my foyer this Halloween. I used my Simple Frame Gypsy cut file as well as the pumpkins and faces from the Pumpkin Carvings Seasonal Cricut Cartridge (just like the one I will be g
