I'M A DOLL!!!

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! I just got a design team spot over at The Burtonesque Dolls! I cannot believe that I got picked! I've stalked The Burtonesque Dolls for quite some time never guessing that I would have the honor and privilege of designing with these masters of the paper crafting macabre!!! The Burtonesque Dolls is the place to go for Halloween all year long... how could I NOT want to be part of this team!?! Add to that, the "fun" that IS Tim Burton, well you can kind of guess why this is really so exciting!!!
Wish me luck gang! I am aiming to bring my designing up to the level of this incredible new team!!! They are amazing and I'm ready to learn, grow, share and break out my mad ninja goth skillz! First on the docket, though, is this week's challenge... it's probably better to pace myself anyway!
I don't know if you all remember the Crazy Halloween challenge that I ran in October, but for those of you who do, and were interested in the Tickled Pink Stamps that I gave away, here is another chance to snag some of that Tickled Pink Stamp action. The Burtonesque Dolls is holding a challenge this week... the theme is Movie Madness! The movie is Edward Scissorhands! Create your best Edward Scissorhands Scene and upload your original creation to the InLinkz at the bottom of the post for a chance to win your choice of TWO Tickled Pink Christmas Digis, or one rubbah from the Tickled Pink Stamp store! WOO HOO!!! What a prize!!! You know you want it!!! LOL! Just click on ANY of the links in this post for all the deets to enter this week's challenge, or simply click HERE!
So, I'll root for all of you (cuz those Tickled Pink Stamps ROCK), if you all root for me! HA! I'm gettin in touch with my inner goth even right now! HAHAHAHAHAHA... stay tuned! :)

Gorgous Leaves Bundle Revisited

Yestday's Freebie Friday on a Monday projects were so fun and this set is SO BEAUTIFUL in it's simplicity!  It reminds me of a long-retired stamp set from Stampin Up!.  I was inspired to re-create the projects that I made with it once upon a time.  So here we go.... SIMPLE projects when you need a quick "hello" or an even quicker heartfelt sympathy card: I was DEFINITELY on a Bumblebee and Cajun Craze kick yesterday!  I can't stop/won't stop!  LOL!  To be fair... I had extra leaves die cut and didn't want anything to go to waste!  A quick speckle backdrop in Bumblebee then a quick "hello" greeting from the Biggest Wish in Cajun Craze with the Cajun Craze leaf popped up on a Basic White cardbase.  PERFECTION! Okay, as with yesterday's projects, the sentiment is from the recently retired SAB Delicate Dahlia's set, but you could use ANY sympathy sentiment you have in your stash.  Unlike in the past when I had to mask off the center rectangle

The Inventor Of the TV Dinner Should Be Slapped!

Close observation of my eating shows that I can scarf my tuna casserole at an alarming rate. I sit in front of the TV to eat my dinner and 5 minutes later I am pushing the plate away with little to no memory of ever have eaten. That is interesting to me because, you see, I LOVE FOOD! I also LOVE being thin. These facts SHOULD come to life by the knowledge that if I took smaller bites and chewed thoroughly , not only would I get to enjoy my food that much longer, but I would also be burning more calories (yes, the activity of chewing burns calories!!!!)! And on top of THAT amazing knowledge, my body would also be able to process the food I eat much better therefore more of the food I consume would be utilized to help build my lean mean body. So what the heck is up???? Why DON'T I slow down my eating knowing all these amazing benefits? What's causing this little glitch? Those are the very questions I asked myself at the start of this year. I knew the answer before I ever wrote th

Velcome To The Little Hop of HORRORS!!!

MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! So I tried to make the title sound really spooky and ran out of room to include my evil laugh... hahaha! WELCOME HOPPERS! Are you thoroughly spooked and amazed? I know I am! You already know that today is the start of our Halloween celebration with a blog hop organized by my good friend Nicole of Canadian Nickel Scrap'n . If you're currently hopping, you should be arriving here from the Fabulous Eulanda's blog ... wasn't that Caramel Corn Box AWESOME?!? If you haven't arrived from Eulanda's blog and are just now joining us, hop to the bottom of this post for details on how the blog hop works. And now for my scary good fun before you head over to Gloria's blog on the next stop of this hop. Today I've got the "Welcome" sign that I will be hanging in my foyer this Halloween. I used my Simple Frame Gypsy cut file as well as the pumpkins and faces from the Pumpkin Carvings Seasonal Cricut Cartridge (just like the one I will be g
