It's That Time Again!

Time for the MASTER CLEANSE!!! I start the Master Cleanse tomorrow morning. Well, actually I start it tonight with a cup of senna leaf tea! Yay (sarcasm)!!! I was scheduled to do this back in February, but foolishly skipped it, so I'm rampin up tonight to do it again. WHO'S WITH ME???!!!??? hahahahahaha! You know you wanna!!! LOL!

I have been a "lemonhead" for the past four years working my way up to doing the cleanse twice a year the past two of those four years, so skipping my February cleanse kind of set me back, but I'm hoping to make up for it this time. Last August I did the cleanse for 25 days, maybe this time I can go for a full month.... fingers crossed!

For anyone who is curious about the master cleanse, here's a link to The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs in a PDF file: THE MASTER CLEANSER. The Master Cleanse, or Lemonade Diet as it's also known by, is the perfect way to clean your system, give your digestion a much deserved break, promote health and healing or just to kickstart a new diet regimen.

Of all the different cleanses that get circulated (juice diet, water fast) this one is BY FAR my favorite. It's simple (not to be confused with easy... cleansing just IS tough, but this one is not complex and so much easier than most) to do and a lot easier to stick to than other cleanses I've tried. I hope everyone reading this checks it out. Wish me luck everyone!

lol omg I haven't done that cleanse in a while. It kind of makes me mental. But, for some reason, it's been on my mind lately. Hmmmm....I might not be able to do it for another week though since I'm traveling this week. Good luck though!

I need to do this again. Did it about years ago and it took away my craving for sweets. I'm back on the sugars and need to do this again. Thanks for the post!!! :)

The BEST Copic Storage

**** HUGE HALLOWEEN GIVE AWAY... CLICK HERE !!!!**** Ok, so I've done posts in the past about various Copic storage solutions, but I was given THE MOTHER of all storage ideas by my friends Jennie Black and Krista Koenig!!!   Let me share with you the construction of the storage box and then I'll finish this off with the BRILLIANT solution my husband came up with.... cuz I married a GENIUS!!! What you'll need to create the AWESOME storage box pictured here is: 1 Double Deep Art Bin 1 plastic grid for ceiling lighting (found at your local home improvement store) 1 half inch thick wooden square dowel (also found at your local home improvement store) Dimensional adhesive squares Wire cutters or sheers Screws with corresponding drill bit Drill So I first cut the ceiling grid down to 19 squares by 19 squares using my wire cutters.   You will need two 19 x 19 sections of grid material.   The wire cutters went through the plastic material of the grid like butter and I

Gorgous Leaves Bundle Revisited

Yestday's Freebie Friday on a Monday projects were so fun and this set is SO BEAUTIFUL in it's simplicity!  It reminds me of a long-retired stamp set from Stampin Up!.  I was inspired to re-create the projects that I made with it once upon a time.  So here we go.... SIMPLE projects when you need a quick "hello" or an even quicker heartfelt sympathy card: I was DEFINITELY on a Bumblebee and Cajun Craze kick yesterday!  I can't stop/won't stop!  LOL!  To be fair... I had extra leaves die cut and didn't want anything to go to waste!  A quick speckle backdrop in Bumblebee then a quick "hello" greeting from the Biggest Wish in Cajun Craze with the Cajun Craze leaf popped up on a Basic White cardbase.  PERFECTION! Okay, as with yesterday's projects, the sentiment is from the recently retired SAB Delicate Dahlia's set, but you could use ANY sympathy sentiment you have in your stash.  Unlike in the past when I had to mask off the center rectangle

You already know that today is the start of our Halloween celebration with a blog hop organized by my good friend Nicole of Canadian Nickel Scrap'n . If you're currently hopping, you should be arriving here from the Fabulous Eulanda's blog ... wasn't that Caramel Corn Box AWESOME?!? If you haven't arrived from Eulanda's blog and are just now joining us, hop to the bottom of this post for details on how the blog hop works. And now for my scary good fun before you head over to Gloria's blog on the next stop of this hop. Today I've got the "Welcome" sign that I will be hanging in my foyer this Halloween. I used my Simple Frame Gypsy cut file as well as the pumpkins and faces from the Pumpkin Carvings Seasonal Cricut Cartridge (just like the one I will be g
