Holiday Gift Idea

I just got a Bible cover embroidered and it is BEAUTIFUL. What a great holiday gift idea! This Bible cover design runs about $25 plus tax. My friend Patty of Artic Fox Designs did it....here's what it looks like.

Sorry about the picture quality. The Bible cover is vinyl, so the flash created quite a bit of shine. Without the flash, the pic is blurred. Thank you Danielle for your kind words on the embroidery that we did for you. We enjoy doing custom embroidery for people. Its great to see reactions of people when they see their completed embroidery. That is what makes my line of business worth it.

We also are doing Christmas Stockings this year with names in Gold or Silver metallic thread. I embellish the stocking with Swarovski Crystals. They really are very very pretty.

You Can Thank Scandalous

Alright, this is a long story that I'll sum up right here: I'm giving away one of my bottles of Gun Metal Pink FLASH (also known as My Private Jet by OPI). That will leave me with only two bottles, so it's almost as important as giving one of you a kidney... if I had three kidneys. Ok... so.... one day I posted a blog about my all-time favorite nail polish My Private Jet , after seeing someone else's post of the same polish that didn't look anything near the polish I have. Food Saver Gold - Give Away!!

Sometimes I am just not a master of the obvious! Most of the time, pretty simple things elude me, but this time... Here is a VERY small sample of my stash (wow, that almost sounds illegal)! It was during one of my organizational rampages that I discovered this amazing and economical use after having to throw out bottles of polish that had gone unused for years. What a waste!!! And yes, I missed that particular use in the infomercial from way back when! :) NOW I know that when you hit sales on things like nail polish or shampoos, you can stock up and vacuum seal them and they stay just like brand new for when you're ready to use them. This is something that will free many polish lovers who fall in love with a specific color but cannot stock up for fear that the polish will dry up before they are through with the first bottle.
