Owl Punch Extravaganza XVII.... SUPA STAH

Ok.... we're approaching the end fast!!!  Only 3 more to go.  This one was so stinkin fun to make.  That layered hair is HYSTERICAL!!!  You can make it all out a little better by clicking on the pic to enlarge.  For this one I used an old, old, really old grid background stamp from Stampin Up along with their Simply Stars, I Am and FYI sets.  Along with that I used Tim Holtz Alterations Stacked Stars dies and the Tim Holtz Stamper's Anonymous Odd and Ends.  And ALL the glitter you see is Elizabeth Craft Glitter Ritz.... this has opened up a whole new can of worms!!!  For those who don't know, Glitter Ritz is paper punch's best friend!!!  I think I will shut up about that before I suck anyone else in to THAT addiction!!!  Just suffice it to say that I'm going to be losing sleep.

So for those who don't know (I'm suddenly a broken record), I am giving away the card featured here along with 19 others to the person with the highest order amount on my July Stampin Up Card Club using my hostess code.  To place an order, and for a chance to get your hands on ALL the Owl Punch themed cards, just go to StampinUp.com and click on "store" at the top.  Place the items you'd like to order in the shopping cart and input the hostess code where provided to get full credit for your purchase. The hostess code is UCUFWPDU!

THE BEST PART:  You won't have to wait to receive your order.  Your order will ship to you within two business days!!!  No more waiting for a show to "close" to get your goodies.  So anyone, anywhere could be the recipient of all 20 cards.... I'M SO EXCITED TO SEE WHO GETS EM!  Check out previous posts to see the first 16 cards.  Some of these are just gonna be downright hard to let go of.

Check back in tomorrow for card 18!  SO CLOSE!!!!

YAY 2014

Yes, yes... I know I've been away for quite some time.  Had a HARD tail end of 2013 with multiple moves, multiple surgeries and just as many nervous breakdowns!  WHEW!  Am I glad THAT'S over! I joke about having nervous breakdowns, but then again sometimes my nerves got a bit frayed and threatened to break right there toward the end of the year.  So I'm here today to tell EVERYONE what got me through and share my most recent 'HIGH FIVE'!!! So Hay House, the book publisher of one of my favorite people in the world, Dr. Wayne Dyer is hosting a " New You Now " event that kicks off in less than a week.  My guess is that Hay House will feature a good number of their published authors to sort of kick off book sales for the new year while at the same time sharing some insight and direction toward you reaching your full potential in this new year..... BRILLIANT IDEA!!!  My favorite of all is that RIGHT NOW they are featuring another life-changing v...

I'm Terribly Late.... I Know.

Yes, Yes... I'm terribly late... I know!  I was supposed to announce on April 1st that I'm having ANOTHER Favorite Things Birthday Give Away.  Well, here I am.... 7 days late, I'm here with the announcement.  BUT FIRST:  Let's check out some of the prize goodies!!! So pictured above is nail treatments from my ALL-TIME-FAVORITE nail treatment company... Nail Aid .  I LOVE their products, I LOVE their company and I LOVE their service.  And this year they GENEROUSLY donated another HAUL of their new products available at Walmart (check your local store for availability as I'm finding that not all of them carry it... which is NUTS!).  They are just so generous... THAT'S FIVE PRODUCTS!!!  Now I've never tried these products... being that they are new, but I personally use MANY of their products and I love them.  So be sure to check out their website by clicking the link above.  And just so you know which ones are my favorites, I...

Gettin It Together

Check out what THIS girl got for Valentine's Day!!!  The hubs wanted a coffee maker but I wanted work space!!!  It's no secret, ESPECIALLY HERE that I'm workin to get my craft space in the new house put together.  It is also no secret that the "secret" to my style of organization is to utilize vertical space, so when my friend Cindy showed me a picture of these AWESOME Stamp n' Storage ink pad organizers I was preparing myself to beg and beg HARD.  You see I already had storage for my Stampin Up ink pads.... Don't get me wrong.... this rotating color caddy from Stampin Up is a VERY good option, but my craft room reduced by half when we moved into the new house and I just don't have the work space I once did.  Anything and everything that can be put on the wall saves me precious work space.     And I didn't want my Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads in a different spot than the rest of my ink pads (that too is an orga...
